About Jackie Hilton

Jackie Hilton is the principal consultant at Talent Solutions Online. Jackie has over 30 years of progressive operational and  leadership experience at premier Fortune 500 and industry-leading mid-market companies. She is known as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and a strategic partner who can work collaboratively with HR teams, operations leaders, and front-line staff to create and implement pragmatic talent practices. As an independent coach and consultant, she seeks to understand critical business needs to subsequently develop and implement customized solutions that help organizations meet their objectives and individuals grow their careers.

Jackie is a graduate of   Oberlin College and completed the Strategic Human Resource Practices Certificate Program at Cornell University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute and as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for HR Management.  Her career journey crossed several industries including Health Care, Recruiting & Staffing, Global Public Health Research, Commercial Real Estate, Defense and Aerospace, Hospitality, Chemical Manufacturing, and Consumer Products.  

In addition to her professional   work, Jackie serves as Board President of Passion for Learning, Inc., a  501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping middle school students in low-income communities develop the skills they need for a 21st  Century knowledge-based economy through literacy-based after school and   summer digital learning programs.
